Academy Success May Guest Post Roundup
If you’re a frequent reader of Academy Success, you know I usually post about once a week on this site for you. However, what you may not know is I also write at around the same frequency throughout many other self-improvement sites across the web.
One of the reasons I started Academy Success is because I wanted to help as many people as I could, and while I certainly save most of my best stuff for you loyal readers, you can understand I have to get out and about among the rest of the interwebs as well. 🙂 Some stuff just doesn’t fit here either.
Here are a few guest posts I’ve done in the past few weeks, along with short descriptions of each. Make sure to check them out on these other great self-improvement sites.
How to Forever Cure Your Lack of Motivation – Lifehack.org
I’m back on Lifehack.org this month, after a few month vacation while they made some personnel changes.
Lifehack.org is quickly becoming one of the top life hacking websites on the Internet, and I’m proud to contribute to that ranking. This article explores how we as humans can often lose sight of our motivation, and need something more than just list making and goal setting to reach our desires.
I’ll tell you exactly what that is, and give you a plan to find your very own solution.

WordPress Contest Hacking, With an Amazon Twist – Livehacked.com
Were you an Academy Success reader back in the fall of 2012? If not, well I’m glad you’re here now 🙂 This contest may very well have introduced you to the site.
It brought in over 400 new readers in just a few weeks, was responsible for over 1,000 downloads of my Amazon book, Productivity Success Secrets, and cost only a few couple hundred dollars in total.
This 2,000 word mega post on Nick Thacker’s Livehacked.com, which is an awesome site about life hacking and building a readership, details the entire strategy. I even show you how to do the exact same to increase readership of your own site.

How to Get Out of a Motivational Rut – Get Motivation
We all go through a rut now and then. This article on Josh Hinds’ Get Motivation provides you with an easy to follow 5-step plan to get your productivity flowing again, and back on track. I use to use this quite frequently before figuring out a solid productivity system of my own, but if you don’t yet have yours down, this can help you get back on track quite easily.

That’s all for now.
I’ll likely make this a routine thing as long as I have enough worthy guest posts to share.
I hope you like the additional content, and as always, let me know how I can continue to help.
