Quite a few people struggle with leaving things unfinished. In fact, I used to struggle with this very thing myself.
There’s a lot of psychology and brain chemistry at play when it comes to motivation, and the reasons humans behave in certain ways. This has a huge effect with the conventional advice that most big box experts give out to people to help them accomplish their goals.
They’ll tell you to tell as many people as possible, get buy-in, get your idea out into the world.
But that can be very dangerous. I’ll explain why in this video, and challenge your thinking by introducing an unconventional approach to achieving short term goals.
Short Term Goals, Your Call to Action:
I have two assignments for you right now.
First, pick a short term goal you have for yourself right now. Choose something that you would like to tell people about when you’re finished, but instead of following the conventional approach of telling the entire world, follow the advice I gave you in this video.
You’ll find yourself much more driven to get all the way to the end of your goal.
