Take a journey with me for a moment. Look 5 years into the future. What do you want your life to be like?
What kind of house do you live in? What kind of car do you drive?
What kind of clothes are you wearing? What kind of social life do you have?
What are your vacations like? Where have you traveled and where do you want to go next?
Just take a moment, close your eyes, and imagine what your ideal lifestyle will be.
When you’re finished, now ask yourself “Will my current salary be enough?”
In a 5 year span, most people want to make pretty significant upgrades to their lifestyles, but they often forget that significant change can require significant increases in income.
Where’s that additional income going to come from?
Will you be able to make your lifestyle changes without it?
Or will you go into debt trying to live a life you cannot afford?
The easiest way to increase your income in the shortest amount of time is…
Every day you’re bombarded with articles to make money on the side, to start an online business, or to cut happiness from your life to lower your expenses to that of a peasant.
Sure, financial optimization is important, and making money on the side never hurt anyone, but…
- Why doesn’t anyone talk about what really drives the personal finances and wealth of 95% of people?
- Why doesn’t anyone talk about, by far, the simplest way to make more money year after year, for the rest of your life?
- Why won’t the big name financial pundits help you with what will most likely be the biggest financial win of your life, several times over?
What am I talking about here?
GETTING A RAISE!
You can only cut so much out of your life, but the possibility to increase your income essentially has no ceiling, and the ROI is incredible.
Imagine investing a handful of hours of your time to get a significant raise, and being able to create a sizable increase in your recurring income year after year, for the rest of your life.
This kind of win is where real lifestyle changes occur, and what can make living that scenario you just pictured become a reality.
What kind of raise would you need to get to change your life significantly?
How much of a raise would you need to get to buy that new car, to be able to save enough for that new house, to be able to take nice vacations, to provide for your family and buy your kids the things they want?
How much of a raise would it take for you to stop worrying so much about money?
- $2,500?
- $5,000?
- $7,500?
- $10,000?
- $15,000?
- $20,000?
- More?
All are not only possible, but are well within reach with the right strategy.
In fact, using the strategy I’m about to show you, I was able to increase my salary beyond the numbers you see above.
But the problem is, salary negotiation doesn’t come naturally to anyone. Being a quieter person that doesn’t really like a lot of conflict, this was something that was extremely unnatural for me.
But through months and months of struggling, and years of making pennies, I soon discovered that getting a raise didn’t have to be full of high stress back and forth negotiation situations.
Fast forward to the end of 2015, and I was making substantially more.
Let me share my struggle with you
Back in 2009, I was making about $26,000 a year without a single benefit, not even a health plan. I was in five figures of student loan debt and was living with a roommate in a 980 square foot apartment.
I ate cheap cereal most mornings, choked down dollar microwave lunches that I hated, and had soup and sandwiches on cheap white bread for dinner most nights. I was unhealthy, depressed, and had lost the ability to think positively.
I was also being a total dick to some of my best friends. I just wasn’t in a good place professionally, and it affected me on a pretty deep level.
To make matters worse, I should have been paid about 50% more for the job I was doing, but I just had the mental block of feeling “lucky to have a job at all.”
I felt like I didn’t deserve more and if I asked for a raise I would be fired.
I was a pretty quiet and reserved person, and frankly was just scared to fight for myself.
This went on for several months
I watched my friends become more and more successful. Many of them were getting great jobs and earning their way up the corporate ladder.
I was as happy for them as I could be, but most of me just still felt bitter that it wasn’t me. I hated feeling that way.
There I was – an ambitious, skilled, and educated dude in his mid 20s, with a solid job, being paid the wages of a glorified fast food worker.
I watched paycheck after paycheck come in with the same meager numbers, and vanish in a matter of days.
It felt terrible.
How could this happen, I thought? I’m a hard worker. I’m a good person. What did I do to deserve this? I was stuck in a cycle of being the victim.
I thought if I just tried harder at work, something good would happen and I would get a raise… but it didn’t.
My productivity and results improved, but no one went out of their way to just hand me money.
Then one afternoon when I was choking down my MSG-laden 99 cent microwave lunch, I finally realized if I wanted to get a raise, if I wanted to make more money, if I wanted to live a better lifestyle, I had to make it happen myself.
It was that single moment that changed the course of my life. I decided that I was either going to do something about the situation I was in, or I was going to live a mediocre life for the rest of my existence.
But I was absolutely terrified of negotiation. How was I going to get a raise?
- I lacked confidence, speaking skills, and corporate experience
- I knew next to nothing about negotiation, salary research, and relationship building
- I absolutely hated the “networking” and “schmoozing” that I thought came with moving up in the corporate world
- The last thing I wanted to do was get into a high pressure salary negotiation and possibly lose my job
But the methods and strategies for getting a raise that I would soon discover put all of these worries and limiting beliefs to rest.
My lifestyle completely shifted
I went from being unhealthy, depressed, overworked, and underpaid – to being healthy, happy, excited to get up in the morning, and passionate about advancing my lifestyle and career.
I was able to pay off all of my student loan debt, pay off my car, buy the things that I wanted, get married, buy a house, become financially secure, and set up a system that allowed my biggest problem to be focusing on investing in my future.
My wife and I own a very nice home in a beautiful and very safe area of town.
It’s a great feeling.
All of this happened because of that one decision I made to take my life into my own hands and learn the skills I needed to get a raise and build my career.
- No one should go through the pain and suffering of getting passed over year after year for salary increases
- No one should be forced to live a lifestyle of depression, poor health, and high stress because they’re underpaid
- No one should be paid less than they deserve for any reason whatsoever
But it happens to a lot of us. These are the problems that I want to help you solve.
I just shared my journey of going from being paid $26,000 a year to now being completely financially secure.
Introducing Get a Raise Without the Worry
I created this new HD video training course to do one highly valuable thing for you. It will walk you step-by-step through the process of getting a SIGNIFICANT raise, all without having to worry about navigating a stressful salary negotiating situation.
This is done through nearly a dozen high definition videos in a beautiful online portal, delivered with full action steps along the way, and is instantly accessible.
Eliminate your fear of asking for more
One of the largest limiting factors to getting a raise is the crippling fear that we associate with negotiation. This is a key reason why some people never ask for a raise at all.
These can be highly stressful situations where you feel like you’re playing defense the entire time against people whose entire jobs are to negotiate all day.
Usually by the time they are over, if you manage to get a raise at all, it’s insignificant and only helps you keep up with your cost of living.
And at the end of it you feel like you are bruised, battered, and beaten, and all for a raise that makes very little difference in your life.
But not to worry. You’re about to turn the tables.
I’ve been creating personal finance training and courses on Academy Success since 2011. I’ve published close to 200 blog posts, have been featured on a number of high profile websites, and have been seen by millions of eyes across the web.

I’ve learned a lot over the years, have used this knowledge to quadruple my own salary, and now I want to bring this new course to you.
Get a Raise Without the Worry will not only teach you the juicy tactics you need to get a life changing raise (think 5% 10%, 20%, 25% or more). It also teaches you how to build up to asking for your raise strategically, so that when you do, your boss is already on your side and will even “go to bat” for you.
And best of all, you can do this multiple times, year after year, until your career is on the path you have dreamed of.
By using these strategies, you’ll be able to virtually eliminate the chance that your boss will tell you no. You won’t have to worry about going through a super high stress negotiation, and getting a raise will merely become a matter of when, and how much.
Here’s what you’ll learn. This is each lesson from start to finish.

These lessons will prevent you from making the same laughable mistakes that I did
Before I learned everything you just read, I made some really terrible mistakes when attempting to get raises. Looking back on it, I don’t know how I ever recovered from them.
When I got my offer for my first real day job out of college, I literally said “I’d like to ask for a bit more. If I’m only making this, then when I leave I won’t be able to make as much at my next job.”
Wow…! I don’t know how they didn’t tell me to get the hell out of their office right then and there.
Another time my justification for asking for more money was because “I don’t want to make less than I did at my previous job.”
Doh… Of course that’s the case, but that’s not going to get anywhere.
I always thought I should be making more, but I just didn’t know how to get my point across. This resulted in YEARS going by when I was making far less than I should have been. At one point I had an MBA and was making less than $40,000 a year.
This not only held me back with getting my financial life started, but it also resulted in not much of a social life either.
At one point, I even had to take a loan from my Grandma…
No one should go through those same pains. Don’t make the same silly mistakes I did.
