In this lesson we will address the common trait of putting a lower value on yourself than the organization likely does.

We’ll also address how expensive and difficult it is to find good help, and that the organization would much rather pay you a little bit more than spend tens of thousands of dollars trying to find someone to replace you.

If you’re taking a course like this, you’re likely a high performer who just needs to get noticed. You have no concerns of getting canned for asking for more. The worst thing that can happen is your employer will say “not yet.”

At this point, you may even deserve more already.
